Our Follow Through Program, piloted in 2022, is designed to follow SAVE graduates through high school to provide support, resources, and encouragement for academic success and extracurricular engagement. We meet with students in their high school to help them access supplies needed for school and extracurriculars and facilitate any connections or resources needed to be successful.
