The Follow Through Program (FTP) is designed to support and empower middle and high school students who have previously participated in our Academic Mentoring Program during their elementary school years. With a commitment to nurturing our students’ growth and success from 6th to 12th grade, FTP offers ongoing assistance and resources tailored to their evolving needs.

Our Follow Through Program is designed around one simple question: What do you need to be successful?

Follow Through staff travels to our students’ schools bi-weekly for individualized support, such as, accountability and grade checks, goal setting, mentorship, and resource provision. Our dedicated team is always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it’s offering support, providing necessary materials, or encouraging engagement in extracurricular activities and academic projects.
